Hello, I’m Shie! The other day, my husband and I went on a one-night, two-day trip to Kobe. This time it’s the hotel edition! I hope this will be helpful for your Kobe trip. Please take your time to watch until the end.

After having lunch at a Western restaurant, we took the free shuttle bus from Sannomiya Station to the hotel. (Lunch details are provided in the Sightseeing/Gourmet section.) This time we will be staying at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. So let’s jump in. The ride takes about 20 minutes and includes stops at other hotels.

After a while, Kobe Port Tower, the symbol of Kobe, came into view. When you can see the sea, you will arrive at the hotel. We were transported by shuttle bus and arrived easily! I arrived a little too early, so I took a walk around the hotel while I waited.

I’m so happy that the Kobe Port Tower, which had been covered with tarpaulins due to large-scale renovation work, is now visible! As the check-in time is approaching, it’s time to head to the 3rd floor where the front desk is located.

This hotel opened in 1995 with the concept of “creating a new waterfront where you can enjoy the sea and ships.” The lobby has an atrium and you can see the elevator, which is very nice. There are palm trees, giving it a tropical feel♪

We received sparkling wine as a welcome service for guests only☆. I also received Morozoff chocolate ❤︎. I came to the 6th floor where I had a room to stay. This room is right after getting off the elevator. So let’s go in!

This room is the Junior Suite West View. The size is 76.37㎡ (Room 48.37㎡/Balcony 28.0㎡). The price was 53,340 yen/2 people (26,670 yen/1 person) for 1 night and 2 days including breakfast. (I used Rakuten’s LUXURY DAYS.) The slippers are fluffy♪. Now, let’s take a look at the scenery outside!

I go out to the very large balcony. It has a great sense of openness and a great view. You can see the sea from the balcony, and you can see the Ferris wheel and mosaics on the other side. You can feel that you are in Kobe!

There is also a sofa on the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the view. Now, let’s take a look around the room. This atmosphere is so cute…❤︎. The natural feel and accent color of gold are the best!

There is a large sofa in the middle of the room, and a bed beyond it. There were also cute flowers available♪ There are two beds, each measuring 120cm wide x 195cm long. You can see the bath in the back. Separate pajamas were prepared on the bed. It’s the best waffle material.

The TV was on the wall and looked neat. The closet looks like this. You can hang various things here as well. Next, let’s take a look around the bathroom. It also has a natural and calm atmosphere. There are also many amenities!

First of all, there are toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and skin care sets. There were also bath salts, body towels, hair bands, and shower caps. The skin care set includes cleansing, facial cleansing foam, lotion, and cream, which is helpful. The hotel logo is cute❤︎.

The dryer was called the Restoration Dryer Pro. And there are so many towels! Two pieces were prepared for each person. I’ll take a look at the bath. The bathtub is large enough to relax in. When I looked back, there was a space where I could take a break while bathing.

This is what the room looks like from the bathroom. Here you can find original shampoo, treatment, and body soap. When I opened the door opposite the bath, there was a toilet. I’m glad it’s independent! Finally, there is the minibar corner of the room. It’s convenient to have a washroom.

There are two free bottles of water. Glasses are also available. There was also a tea set. I’m happy to have a Noritake cup and saucer ❤︎. There was also a lot of Sencha! There were also lots of Nespresso capsules. There was a refrigerator downstairs, and paid drinks were also available.

Now, take the elevator to the third floor. This time we came for afternoon tea time as we were able to use the Executive Lounge. There are lots of sweets and sandwiches lined up, and it feels fun♪ Some are eaten in small portions. Alcohol and soft drinks are also available.

We also have a lot of black tea ❤︎. I’ll take that, I’ll take this. I’ll take a look. Let’s get some sandwiches too! I’d like some quiche too♪ It’s so nice…☆. It’s a sight to behold no matter how many times you see it! Let’s toast with sparkling wine!

Now, let’s start eating from the quiche. When I cut open the caramel white donut, there was caramel sauce inside. The strawberry donuts are also delicious! It quickly became the last one. Next, I brewed some tea. Eat with soufflé cheesecake. This is mango pudding. I went to pick it up one last time.

Thank you for the meal. The sun is setting little by little, and the scenery outside is gradually changing. The sun was setting behind the buildings. I was able to see a beautiful sky. I just came here, but I’m back at the Executive Lounge! Enjoy cocktail time♪ The variety of alcoholic beverages has increased!

We’ll take a variety of things to eat with alcohol! It’s so much fun just taking it ❤︎. I’m smiling with excitement as I look at what I’ve found. Cheers with sparkling again! We ate meatballs, shrimp toast, fish nuggets, and gorgonzola and mascarpone mille-feuille one after another.

You can spend a relaxing time while eating pork frites, sesame tofu, duck loin, etc. Finally, we will have tea time with tea and sweets! I’m glad they also have macarons and mini eclairs♪ I kept eating as much as I could! Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere inside the hotel at night is for adults. The cruise ship that set sail is sparkling and beautiful. When I went out to the balcony from my room, the night view was so beautiful! welcome home.

When I looked up, I saw an emerald blue light shining on me. It was designed with the hope that “the entire hotel would become a lighthouse for the city of Kobe.” I’m going to go outside the hotel for a while. Kobe is a beautiful city wherever you look.

It had a tricolor of red, white, and blue ❤︎. Then I’ll go to sleep… good morning. I want to wake up early, get ready, and go to breakfast right away! Breakfast was changed from the executive lounge to the terrace and dining ALL FLAGS on the same 3rd floor. Lots of cute donuts ❤︎.

Freshly squeezed orange juice comes out at the touch of a button. (When I drank it later, it was really delicious!) The food was served buffet style, and we started having a fun time deciding what to eat! Take a look around and decide what to do. I got it all at once!

Usually I only eat one piece of bread, but today I will eat a lot! These are carefully selected breads. My husband had the live kitchen make a thick beef burger. I wear a lot of luxury. At the end, it’s like tea time again.

The cruffle was so delicious❤︎. I wanted to go get another one, but I was full so I gave up. Thank you for the meal. Once I’m full, I head back to my room.

Finally, go to the balcony. We’ll soon be saying goodbye to the view from here that you’ll want to see over and over again. Let’s have some tea and then check out. I left my luggage at the self-cloakroom.

After that, I went to Kobe Port Museum. (The details are in the Sightseeing and Gourmet section.) The hotel and monuments are picturesque…❤︎. On the way back, we took a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Sannomiya Station.

This is all about Kobe travel and hotels. It was a perfect hotel for celebrations and anniversaries, with a wonderful view of Kobe! If you liked this video, I would be happy if you liked and subscribed to the channel! This time’s souvenir is Mandel Ziegel. It was 702 yen for 8 pieces.

This sweet sounds delicious. This is what it looks like from above. This is what it looks like from the side. The ingredients are very simple: almonds, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla. When you cut it in half, the cross section looks like this. Well then, let’s eat.

There are lots of sliced almonds on top. A fragrant aroma spreads. It was thin and crispy, and I enjoyed both the taste and the sound. Well then, thank you for watching. See you again in the next video.
