I actually felt sick making this post, but this is sadly very similar to what happened with a certain liver. I guess this is what they’ve been doing interally, ordering people to ignore someone they don’t like and verbally abuse them daily.

That’s fucking terrible. We need to help out JP bros to fight black companies. Spread the word as much as possible so more creators can come out, exposing atrocious practices.
If we cut out their money supply by doing so, eventually they would have to change things.

Right, so I’m going to take this as something as close to proof as we’ll get that Nijisanji actively and intentionally destroys ones self-worth, as a measure of control.
Without wanting to make light of the issue, of course you’d become suicidal, staying with a company like that not just for the length of one project, but for years at a time…
If I was an artist I’d double my fee for having to deal with them and demand payment upfront. Or maybe just not work for them at all.

If this is what they put an artist through, imagine what they’d put a liver through. Especially a liver who might gain enough self esteem to try and leave. Imagine how thoroughly they’d try to destroy your self esteem to convince you not to leave.
Convincing people they are useless, forcing them to write down (and reinforce their belief in) their own flaws, use that as ammo later the moment they gain enough esteem to resist, controlling your activities even while hospitalized… Not only is this controlling and abusive, but on an institutional level this looks very cultish. A company has no business knowing your deepest insecurities and having you write them down in front of a crowd like that.
That was absolutely disgusting to read. The disregard for humanity is real.
Holy crap, this made me remember [this clip with Shiina/Ririmu/Kuzuha](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADjz9U9nCGA) where Shiina was forced to write and read out a letter of reflection on her ‘bad behavior’ to humiliate her in front of everyone (*including making an example out of her in front of fellow livers*) where only now they can joke about it.
