Okay, this makes perfect sense now. Maybe. Tell me, what does “subcontract all or part of the VTuber duties to a third party, or jointly with a third party” actually mean? Because in an especially uncharitable reading, it could be interpreted that doing anything related to your VTuber persona with any third party, without the consent of Nijisanji, is prohibited. This means, of course, that anybody that Selen hired to work on her MVs had to be approved by Nijisanji. It means that any collaborations, *even with other Nijisanji livers*, had to be approved by Nijisanji first (hence why Selen wasn’t able to do interbranch collabs but others were).
Am I overreaching on that one? I’m not crazy for thinking that it means that “Party B”, which presumably refers to the individual VTuber, needs express written consent from “Party A”, Nijisanji, to partake in any VTuber activities with *any* third party, even those who have a similar contract of their own.
I feel like the better title for this is PL Manager was pushed out when Talent signed on to Niji? Am I misunderstanding?
Like, this is pretty nasty. Basically if you have defenses against Niji, they’ll use this “opportunity” to pull those away from you.
Like this person was working with him and through the way the contract was written he basically had to cut ties even from people who aren’t public-facing.

Just to be clear, is this person reliable? Apparently she used to be luca’s mod (or maybe his PL’s mod) but is this confirmed? Do we have literally anything to double check whatever she talks about? Iirc she has a bit of a grudge against luca so she is hardly unbiased and for all we know may just be spewing out random stuff in the hopes of getting him fired.
Why do we trust her exactly even if the screenshots are true she’s just using this for clout.

Also, this evidence is damning. I know people questioned her story before but there are too many receipts not to believe her.
Didn’t she groom Luca years ago? If I remember correctly, she took advantage of him. Now she doxxed him TWICE. Last month, during the Selen Tatsuki termination now today.

Luca should be fired, plain and simple. We’ve seen other vtubers get fired for leaking private information and convos between management/talent or convos between talent.
Kingyozaka Meiro got terminated for leaking info to outside parties.
In other agencies, we’ve seen Rushia and Yozora Mel get terminated for the same reason to.
If there’s no favoritism in Nijisanji, then they should investigate the validity of these leaks, and if they’re true then Nijisanji should terminate Luca.
If they do NOT, then Nijisanji does not intend to enforce the confidentiality portions of their contract, meaning other Livers can start sharing DMs with 3rd parties.
Something no one here has noticed is that the guy thanking Luca for helping him (and by extension Luxiem) not get fired is now on the Anycolor board of directors and an executive.
He is literally protected by the very top of the company.
