**THE SAME SHALL APPLY IF PARTY B CONDUCTS ANY ACTIVITY UNDER THIS PROGRAM WITHIN THE SAME PERIOD.**
Niji can unilaterally amend the contract of ANY LIVER IF THEY SEND AN AMENDMENT AND THE LIVERS DO ANYTHING WITH THEIR AVATARS.
Tweet? Amendment accepted.
Stream? Amendment accepted.
Join a collab? Amendment accepted.
OR
A liver can be locked out of their account for a month (suspension) and the amendment will *automatically be accepted.*
Are you KIDDING ME? How do you support a company like this?

Also, pursuant to article 24, Niji decides communication channels. So they can literally “notify” a liver of an amendment in a way they won’t notice quickly, then make them stream or tweet something under earlier clauses, which constitutes agreement to the changes *that the liver doesn’t even know exist*.
This stream is quite a ride from legal mindset. Jfc
I was figuring this was mostly going to be hype and fluff, but sweet jesus there are some truly mouth-of-Chernobyl articles in here, this being the biggest.
And while Mindset is not sharing the document with others, given that folks like False are in the chat, I’m guessing multiple sources can confirm that this contract is, to the best of their knowledge, authentic and factual. Meaning this is part of the standard package every liver agrees to. Unreal.
The contract feels like a fever dream to look at
My comments on Article 23 (2) from a legal perspective:
Acceptance via conduct (commonly kmown as “Implied Consent”) is’nt as oppresive as what many people make it out to be. It is in fact perfectly legal in most jurisdictions.
However, no objection = consent is somewhat dodgy as most jurisdictions either require “active consent” and/or does not recognize silence as a form of consent.
“….14 days…” not 24, but yes it is bonkers
This is the worst contract I’ve ever seen
If I remember my contracts lessons, amendments are valid PROVIDED that both paries are aware of such. So it’s not enough you send an email, message on whatever etc. The other party HAS to know of the amendments.
Edit: it cannot be amended by one party. It has to be mutual.
At this point it’s more a yakuza than a black company
Breathe if you accept the amendments, recite the Bible in Japanese if you object…
