Seems like the discussion started after the termination, and they were waiting on Niji before going public with the cancellation, though False kinda pushed their hands a bit. Kinda damned if you do, damned if you don’t

So the blame is Niji management again ?? Classic

So, if what offkai said in that document is true, offkai’s decision to ditch Niji was already underway from two weeks ago (after the black stream, I presume).

They were already trying to ask for permission or at least a response from Niji management to announce the cancellation on the morning of March 4.

But… there was no response from Niji management because the management said, “We need to ask and inform Anycolor first.”… until falseeyed’s tweet forced their hand to take matters into their own hands.

The infamous ghosting and late response at it again.

That’s it, the core problem of Niji is still the goddamn management!

  4. False’s video today also covers this. It sounds like he reached out to them to get their side after people started making angry noises and they said something similar to him directly.

Seems like the worse example of japanese vertical hierarchy managed company, these dudes won’t make a decision without the approval of their direct bosses in the upper echelon then these bosses need approval from others at the top until you reach the very top I suppose.

How you can maintain and do business in a realistic timeframe with people that are lost in a long internal queue of bureaucracy, it’s a miracle Niji got this far in a ever changing fast pace medium like this

I take back what I said about not believing Offkai that they made the decision weeks ago. This is 100% on brand for Niji and credit to them for attempting to deal honorably with Anycolor even though Niji burned them just like it does all its other collaborators.
