Despite all this disgusting behavior. The community still has to demand the very basics for any hope of progress.
No more stealth suspensions. All suspensions are to be made public on official anycolor accounts. No more “last minute planned” vacations. No more skin walking. No more slanderous , harassing communication from anycolor, in any capacity. You are a global multi billion dollar company. Not a high-school club. Start acting like it.

After the 1st attempt by Selen to commit suicide and Nijisanji did nothing to stop Selen making a 2nd attempt
Had Nijisanji acted properly after the 1st failed attempt by Selen they might have had a chance but they didn’t
frankly i have a feeling that Hololive and Vshojo would have handled this situation far better and would have acted after the 1st attempt of Selen had failed
2 we know of, we don’t know how bad it was for Mika and the rest that left, and JP is not much better

And also they did nothing to combat fans feeling unsafe at conventions and such in regards to Nina’s fans. Not as serious as the other stuff, but it still sucks.
Unfortunately you could argue that while the person behind Selen Tatsuki survived failed suicide attempts, her Nijisanji identity did not survive
as let’s get real Dokibird’s former Nijisanji past life Selen Tatsuki which when she left Niji became her past life which Niji still own is not likely going to see any use on merch given its association with this massive scandal which has hurt Niji very badly and exposed major failings and bad practices in their vtubing business

My own personal rant (potentially very sappy and cringe):
I’m constantly envisioning myself throwing my arms around whoever they are behind the screen and telling them how much we love them and that they’re not alone. While my own depressive episode was minor, being in that dark place is awful.
I know it’s not my fault at all, yet I still feel guilty in the strangest way. In hindsight, was there anything someone could have possibly done to stop this from happening?
Well, the only thing we can do now is to keep going forward. I wish there was more I could personally do, but for now, I them all the love and support.
