This time we are in Nada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture Here are some restaurants around JR Rokko-michi station where we recently had lunch! (For details of each restaurant, there is a link in the summary column. A store I’ve been interested in since it was under construction before it opened.
A restaurant that has been around for quite a long time and I wanted to try it once Not your typical dumplings, but refreshing and delicious! I don’t like how the shrimp tempura gets soft in the juice If I’m hungry, I also order Tororo rice Ebi tempura udon set with several choices of rice.
I eat it with just one bite of salt…lol A friend told me about this place to eat at night I enjoyed it then, so I came here for lunch with my wife The restaurant is only a counter with 7-8 seats Soaked rape blossoms and butterbur
Red miso soup with nameko mushrooms and aosa seaweed Kaisendon can be served with either aka-dashi or chawan-mushi (steamed egg custard) That grilled tachi fish looks delicious! Octopus simmered softly with bai clam I heard it’s called “Shunto-don” and it’s written “Shunto” which means “Yamato” in Japanese.
It’s beautifully arranged and looks like a good job! Sushi from the daily set meal is served! The second piece is kombujime (sea bream) Tastier than the tuna I just had! I also put a preparation knife in there for chewing! The gentle, rhythmic grip is cool!
The set meal comes with 7 pieces of nigiri! I hear it tastes better than the sea bream I just had… lol Tastes better than the striped horse mackerel… lol I was curious about the specialty swimming conger eel, so I ordered more I will have both salted and boiled
The conger eel really melts in your mouth! Money and conger eel melt in an instant… lol I’ve never seen this restaurant before, so I went in. Ordered salt-based “wood ash soba” and cartilage soki The noodles look like Japanese buckwheat noodles… Soy sauce based soup that I have never seen in Okinawan soba
Ordered the soy sauce based broth. 390 yen I put too much when I put it in through the camera! I was curious about the soy sauce broth, so I got a bite All the restaurants were delicious! This time around!
