Nijisanji gave her a contract and had only 3 hours to sign it if she wanted to leave on “mutual terms”

Zaion sent it to her lawyer but there is not enough time to wait for a reply

Asked for more time to consult with her lawyer, but they refuse.

Deadline passes, and she doesn’t sign it

Suddenly, they throw another 3 hours after the deadline

Finally, Zaion got to chat with her lawyer, who confirmed it’s just a silencing gig and not worth signing

Zaion asks what she gets for signing it? “Said It would be better for your future”

3 hours passes. She doesn’t sign, so they dropped the termination notice with all the smearing bullet points in it.

Wow thanks for posting this. Niji’s behavior here disappoints me but does not surprise me.

Also in her interview with False, Sayu said her google doc was originally 35 pages but after cutting things out for legal etc. reasons it ended up being 22 pages.

Crazy to think with everything we know now, we’re still missing 13 pages of context of what went on behind the scenes, plus whatever the hell happened with yugo which we still have little to no public/verifiable information on as far as I’m aware.

We in a Mafia level here, that is kinda of thing I expect from a Italian mob not a Vtuber Agency lol

3 hours is pretty generous given all the shit she did

That is so bizarre. “You have 3 hours or else.” Really threatening demand from a supposedly professional billion dollar company.

  6. A contract like that probably would be unenforceable.

If there’s no consideration provided, there’s no contract. This is basically just implied threats. An NDA is usually offered before they offer employment as consideration, but this is at the end of the job. So there’s no benefit, hence the lawyer saying there’s no point to this contract.

If we were to take Sayu’s words at face value, then this means that the Zaion’s termination was not a failed attempt at transparency after what happened with Yugo, but another deliberate setup to power abuse its livers. Even a mutual termination will never look the same for Nijisanji.

She’d have to have her attorney on speed dial and at the ready in order to have signed that in time initially.

Why do I have a feeling Nijisanji would’ve renege on their promise of a “better future” if Sayu signed it?

Oh i now get the tactics they use they are using the old sign or we will ruin your reputation and ruin your honor tactic from mlst Asian cultures damn that’s old fashion and doesn’t work on anyone outside of the Asian culture it’s like that joke where a Korean Drama bully wouldn’t survive in a American school
