This has been posted here before, but I would like to state that I’ve made additional updates on every single notable controversy I could find (from JP to KR to EN).

Basically, I’m trying to centralize all the information out there so that it can easily be referenced or combed through. Most fans know bits and pieces of some of the controversies, but not the background information or context.

This is still a WIP (I’m losing my sanity reading through some of this stuff), but this is a deep-dive analysis of Niji’s problems regarding its finances (they aren’t spending, simply put, and the results are noticeable), talent management, and the various controversies the company itself caused or failed to prevent.

It’s 22 pages long so far, so prepare yourself for a deep analysis of the issues within Nijisanji.

Thanks for adding onto this already-informative document.

So, basically, not only is EN a mess, but apparently, JP has been a hot mess from the start too.

Nijisanji had a lot of track record of enabling bullying, turn a blind eye or even protecting said bully and the same time “punish” the victim.

What’s mind-boggling to me is how they terminated Gundou just because she didn’t understand baseball. NIJISANJI literally acted childish and cartoonishly evil in that one.

Edit: some are still speculation only like the vox accusation (hence it was an accusation). But pretty much a lot of the scandal either confirm from the “victim” or could be observe clearly by public.

I ain’t reading that but how bad is it? 10/10 or is it a 100/10?

my favorite part outside of the “sources” being just reddit comments which in itself don’t have sources is how you’re talking as if these are all new info when things like meiro/roa, raito, arae and others are known for years. And ignore gundou situation too over the years prior discovering the existence of her with the baseball thing, much like ignore how id/kr had their own management and companies behind in a contract, a reason for why id/kr had difference in management.

Also, your financial perspective is bizarre with the outlook you have that ignore the growth of anycolor and nijijp as a branch as if its not the reason they are even competitive in the market in the first place. EN not growing certainly isnt good but its not the end of the world as the company wont go bankrupt or even in red due to this.

Question: You added that Nina claimed her gemnates meet behind her back and isolated her from their cirlce.

Can you give me some more context or proof? I remember Nina peearing on REimu’s off-colab weks after her graduation. So I question if you meant other Niji-livers or ethyria livers specificaly.

Also thank you for clarifying that the stuff about the en-clique is as of now nothing but wild speculation and why it even exists. Too many think or pretend like its fact.

Thanks for compiling your thoughts on the financial side of the company. That was the more interesting read when it comes to the monetary aspect. It really is a yacht financing company, huh.

Cover’s technological spending is quite scary. Currently the most competitive 3D MoCap Livestream solutions (real time rendering at 8k120fps, VR and AR-ready) could get down to $4000/person-hour. If Cover uses 50% of that $116k on just 3D alone, they would produce 14.5 hours of 3D content per talent per year, for a total of 1260 hours across the company.

Whether they have the staff to sustain that effort, or if they could even get to that low cost level, still remains to be seen. Physical infrastructure is a good starting point, but whether they could utilize that infrastructure to its full potential is their biggest challenge ahead. But that worry is a luxury for them, compared to Niji that’s basically stuck in 2019 tech.

  8. Oh fuck… Now it hits me… The video could have really being a suicide note…

It almost certain that it was mean to be her goodbye to the character… But what did happen after…

    Fuck… I need a coffee

This is really well written, thank you. You cleared up a few questions i still had, and the stock thing was explained really well.

I mean, what is in there is terrible for niji and they are pretty much doomed, but it’s clear why they are now. O7
