Let’s not forget that Niji never clearly denied the workplace harassment allegations. The livers did explain, in a very wishy-washy way, what they thought Doki saw as bullying but as far as I remember there was not a clear and direct “there’s no workplace harassment in Nijisanji” statement from the official account.
