Ask her about killing dragons.
From the perspective of the streamer, this is their best move. Sweep it under the rug and hopefully everyone has already moved on past it. From the perspective of everyone else, this is just scummy.
She’ll never address what happened, let’s be realistic. Unless she wants her already nonexistent reputation to dig past bedrock.

Breaking her silence in tandem with an announcement that a lot of people are happy about is a shrewd PR move. Bet she won over a couple people who were on the fence about her.
It probably took a lot of courage for her to tweet this after going radio silent for weeks. I’m not gonna support her any further but damn I’m glad that she’s okay.
She’ll be back soon. I mean there is events coming up and Petra is releasing a cross wave cover song too. I think they are going to move on from the drama though I wouldn’t be surprised if we see some grassroots pr trying to make Nijisanji look better
Her entire career will be a minefield where every little word or detail will be watched closely (at least for the foreseeable future). If she accidentally says or talks about something related to doki, the black stream, or talks about positivity (which we know is fake by now), drama and news VTubers will have a field trip.
She cannot apologize without risking her job, and its not like she has any good reputation left that an apology could salvage. Doubling down would hurt her even more. So the only thing left is to act as if nothing ever happened.
I’m honestly happy for her that she’s found something to be excited about again.
Not because I still believe she did nothing wrong. Just the opposite. She’s not entirely blameless in this mess, but at the same time, if “blame” has to be assigned to a single entity, it should be management. I doubt that majority of these people welcoming her are her watchers. I mean, I mostly see fujos there and probably dedicated X user. They don’t have time to watch her. People that will be watching for sure are the one waiting for something to come out of her from the drama.
I won’t be watching her, but I truly wish that some haters doesn’t do superchats to her. Because that’s stupid. They will just give her money.

Smartest thing to do. Cut her losses and prevent any further shit stirring. She’ll keep what fans she has left, however she won’t regain any of the fans thar left, or even gain any of the potential fans who heard about the situation and don’t even want to give her a chance now.
My personal opinion is that an apology should be the bare fucking minimum, but I know from an Internet drama perspective apologies rarely ever matter and often just serve as more insincere bullshit to dog pile on.
What did you expect her to say, exactly? The livers been working with PR and legal copiously, in order to move on from the drama, so you think she would be so stupid as to stir up things again?
