도카이노 신칸센 노선은 세계 최초의 고속철도 노선입니다.

The Tokaino Shinkansen line is the world’s first high-speed rail line.
It was opened on October 1, 1964, just before the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics, and at the beginning, it was called Tokaido Shinseon (東海道New Line) in the sense that it was a new main line of the Tokaido Main Line. It is said to be a very important route that crosses Japan’s three major urban areas: the Tokyo metropolitan area, Chukyo area (Nagoya), and Keihanshin. Please turn on subtitles Tokyo Station is famous for being crowded. I looked at the map and checked where to catch the Shinkansen first. I arrived at the bullet train platform an hour early. When traveling by train in Japan, I cannot miss out on eating a packed lunch.

Shinkansen has a locomotive at the front and back. The Shinkansen I will board has arrived. Standard room seats are arranged in a 2-3 configuration. The special room seats are arranged in a 2-2 configuration. By scanning the QR code, you can receive guidance in Korean, Japanese, Chinese and English.

Let’s take a look at the amenities on the Shinkansen. The Shinkansen entered oueskirts of Nagoya. It took about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Tokyo Station to Nagoya Station.
