So married life is that we’re at the airport and me wants to charge his phone so he’s going to sit over here somewhere near a phone charger I want to sit in the window so we’re traveling together but we’re not s together we took an evening flight from Shanghai pong airport into ngoya

Japan the first thing to do when arriving at the airport is to buy your IC card for the Metro these have a 500 yen deposit on the card which you can get back if you return your IC card to the same station that issu it some trains you may need to purch

Purchase an additional ticket or pay a first class fair to use the train like this one from the airport into ngoya City Center so we’ve just arrived in ngoya and checked into our hotel it’s about half 9 at night um the train getting into the center of NOOA was a little bit

Tricky it’s our first time really navigating um well in Japan so um yeah that was an experience but now we’re at the hotel and I’ll just give you a quick tour it’s very small um but cheap and is good enough for us we’re not staying here very long so big mirror hello

And a double bed quite Bas sck hello it’s not it’s not very big and um the the bathroom definitely reminds me the cruise ship um but they had little of cute amenities that we could take with us so not bad and a little pajamas and some of

The amenities that we got uh cleansing milk face wash skin lotion skin milk they also had shaving cream scrunchie they had hair brushes but but I didn’t take one of those and mouthwash I got pink one not bad even though we arrived into ngoya quite late we were only spending

One night there so wanted to head out and find some dinner Mew found a highly recommended Japanese chicken restaurant the tables were recessed into the floor and we had to take our shoes off to enter the restaurant which was a new experience to the both of us the food was incredible

And a great way to start off our trip to Japan do you want to try some yes it’s all chicken yeah this sauce is really nice so the big biggest thing to do in Japan is you either have to visit 7eleven family Mar or Lawson now we have all three of these in

Shanghai but the food is very different here so at the bottom of the hotel there’s Lawson we have just had dinner but we still got some snacks so what did you get me um an ice cream it’s called Uh vanilla Moni Maka Jambo new has already had a bite it’s

Very nice can I have some yeah sure so I’ll show you what it looks like it’s like the cone of an ice cream with ice cream in it just B it the I is very crispy and inside is very creamy like um the ice cream you had from McDonald’s

But slightly better I think and it’s not very expensive yeah so everything that we bought now was 1,76 GPI yeah which is um like just over 50 R&B and5 uh6 yeah so not massive um we got a bottle of water to keep in the room

Um Mew got a honey latte so it’s like a cold ice coffee which it is almost 11:00 at night so we’re not going to drink it now otherwise we won’t be sleeping um to drink I got a peach raspberry something I’m hoping it’s not milk but I really like Fruity things

Juice yeah it was with the other juice jues but again I will save this for tomorrow since it’s got a lot of sugar in it and I’m going to have some sugar now because I got two different types of candy a pol they look a bit like jelly

Beans but my favorite color is pink and the box is pink so that was about the extent of my decision making let’s try it see if this good oo design they’re very chewy is it nice can I TR some yeah have no idea the one I just I kind have two the

Same just like jelly beans yeah I think I similar candies in China before have you ever had jelly beans no they’re just like this yeah sour and then some candy marshmallowy something these are grape flavor there’s a lot of grape flavor stuff here so I’ll try look this that’s a very

Strong grape taste sour not really TR one it says that they’re grape soda marshmallow but I wouldn’t put it a marshmallow do you think it’s sour it’s a sour you tricked me oh now my now my jaw hurts he tricked me I didn’t need it was Sour but now

That you say it my mouth hurts I’m going to have another one not bad keep us going some energy very cheap yeah I’m sure we’ll be back to get more Savory things throughout our trip but for now is dessert yeah not bad I approve

What did you get me uh it’s called a dor Yaki uh it has red beans inside oh yeah and this one is energy drink we need it yeah so sleeping now and I got myself a sandwich a and I got myself a pizza roll I I it’s not I guess not for in

Japanese but um yeah pizza for breakfast after fueling up at Lawson we took the metro to ngoya Castle we arrived at the opening time of 9:00 a.m. to avoid the crowds since it’s quite a small area the tickets cost $500 Yen each for adults ngoya Castle was originally built

Between 1610 and 1619 and was the first castle in Japan to be designated as a national treasure the castle was destroyed in 1945 in an air raid but reconstructed in the 1950s and again in 2009 to 2018 unfortunately the public can no longer enter the castle keepy

As it was deemed unsafe in the event of an earthquake help help after exploring the castle we took the Metro over to OSU shopping arcade to wander around the Charming Market Streets and see what was around it was still quite early in the morning when we visited so some of the

Shops are still closed the arcade is a network of over 400 aging yet Charming shops at the end of The Market Street you can find OSU Canan originally built during the Kamakura period the temple was moved to the current location in 1612 as the original Temple suffered repetitive damage from floodings the temple

Worships Canon the goddess of Mercy interestingly beneath the main hall is a shinui library containing more than 15,000 Japanese and Chinese texts later we headed over to haaiah odori park where you can find Oasis 21 a mall often referred to as the spaceship building thanks to its futuristic water roof

Next to Oasis 21 is the miray tower a TV Tower built in 1954 and the first of its kind in Japan spe this bread has a 100 ratio water whereas usually 75 so the bread is a lot softer after lunch it was time to head to the train station and get the

High-speed bullet train to cobay the first thing we did in coob was check into the hotel to drop off our bags so this is our hotel in coob kobay hello toilet vanity big shower not bad walkway mirror hello double bed pajamas desk area TV and do we have a

View I don’t know let’s have a look oh oh it’s awfully bright out there not bad the hotel is very nice and they have regular free events for guests for dinner we headed out in search of the famous Cobe beef so we are planning to have dinner in the

Meat shop I think it’s called Nick yeah Meat Shop uh it’s also a butcher but they only have three tables so I highly recommend booking in advance making a reservation so that you can get in yeah the meat shop also have a takeaway menu of Bento boxes you choose your meat from the

Counter and then choose how you want it cooked and which combo from the menu w is it very nice after dinner we took stroll along amican Park in daytime this Waterfront Park is popular for its grassy Lawns open courtyards and Modern Art installations in the evening the unique architecture can still be

Marveled looking for the grape funer everywhere I can’t find in the shops but the vending machine has so first time to try and it’s cold on our walk back to the hotel we were curious to head through Chinatown to compare it to home many shops selling shaolong ba a Shanghai specialty

In the evening our hotel offered free waffles to the guests the next morning we walked to katano Cho District at the foot of the Rocco mountains this is where many merchants and diplomats settled which you can see in the architecture one of the things to do here in coob is

To go up the ropeway where there’s a herb Center herb garden at the top this is like the thing to do and it’s supposed to have some of the best views of Japan you can see Kyoto Osaka from the top in the week that we are here it closed for inspection

The one week out of the year that it’s closed for inspection is now and this is something that you can’t predict no internet searching will tell you until you get there that it’s closed so this is just one of the things that happens when you travel and yeah it happened in

Nara as well so with the nunoi ropeway closed we headed back down to Sorak kuen a traditional Japanese landscape nestled into the middle of the city this tranquil Garden offered a peaceful break from busy streets and fast moving traffic beneath the Starlight Sky our love secret line like leaves we SAR so

High beneath the Moonlight self touch your hand in mine gets me me every time lost in City Light our love electric right you make me feel alive I know what you like gone you’ll make me feel at home in the neon glow as the leaves change color I dive

In you when summer is fading there’s nothing to do but asking the glory of the winter sun maybe this is the season of Love beneath an Endless Night the world spins around you’re there is my mind light stars that never die you you and I shine during the darkest

Time as the change color I dive in you

  1. If you are in Japan or plan to go one day, make sure you try the ice cream “Monaka jumbo”, it’s the best ever ever. I can’t even remember how many times we bought it within a week journey in Japan

  2. Wow, you are in the Land of the Rising Sun! The Land of Godzilla. They say that Japan has one of the best chocolates in the world, I tasted one and it is worth trying. Enjoy yourself! 👍💟💖🌷

  3. 21:56 whatever type of bird that is, that is huge! The traditional garden is gorgeous! All the food looked amazing- even the hotel waffle which I would have never guessed was a waffle going off of the fancy plating! When my sister came back from a trip to Japan, she got me this thick, single pocky stick that was sour canteloupe flavored. It was SO much better than the ones I usually get in the US

  4. Great video! Will you do the cliched thing of crossing the eight way pedestrian crossing in Shibuyu (Tokyo)?

  5. wow looks like such a fascinating city to visit. An interesting fact I learned in our modern history class about Kobe – it was one of the cities considered by the American for dropping the atomic bomb, but then that very week the basketball player the city was named after died in a tragic helicopter crash, so out of respect they selected Nagasaki as the target city instead

  6. I think the authorities deliberately close these tourist spots when they hear Expat Natt is coming – stop publishing your itinerary on social media!

  7. I'm from Nagoya.

    So I'm very happy!

It was a very beautiful image.

    The BGM was also pleasant.

I was able to refresh. Okay, let's do our best.

    Thank you very much 👍
