Comea and hello here from my cute little dorm room in Japan I have been in this room for about a week cuz I’ve been so sick so today is my first day getting out and as such I want to keep it pretty local and calm so I’ve got two goals for

Have been feeling really sick so we’ve got our goals we’re sticking close to home and I’ve got my medicine let’s go check it Out So this is right when you get out of the station let’s go find some cute little hydras and bamboo hopefully maybe I’m in a totally random spot it was right here that I realized I absolutely made it and I was so excited to see what was Inside This Temple quaken is just an example of hundreds if not thousands of little temples that aren’t on the usual tourist destinations that you should really check out when you’re in Japan I spent hours here and I only ran into one person who was maintaining the the grounds and then one

I stumbled upon I can’t be too picky no don’t get me please don’t get Me this is just really Cute I was starving by the time I rolled in so I just grabbed that set that you can see in the picture for 1,890 and you get this colorful set of shaolong baow an egg drop soup and an eggy um like veggie St Fred rice everything tasted so good especially the

Good after lunch I stepped out and there was a live performance going on in this Square I don’t know what it was about honestly there are so many live performances that are always going on in shopping malls and public spaces and down the street some busing was happening as
Well and finally my goal of the day I made it to khaki gory at the shop called suzume odori it’s actually been around since like 1856 and they do all types of confectionary and seasonally in the summer you can get Kaki gari shaved ice there were quite a few to choose
From but I kept it simple with uji green tea flavor which was also the cheapest one on the menu at only 950 yen in order to keep it dairyfree I just asked them to not add the ice cream scoop on the top and I would seated beside these cute
Koi fish did not expect that love this place the Ambiance was amazing it came to me with a bit of hot green tea beside it a scoop of sweet unko or sweet red bean paste on the top and a little while later I’ll show you that there was even
Some Mochi hidden inside which again I did not Expect it was a little bit hard to scoop the unko because it’s cold from sitting on the ice um maybe not the most graceful meal but once I finally did scoop it to together with the green tea flavor they tasted so perfect together such a well balanced flavor and like not too
