Sapporo to Asahikawa in Hokkaido / Express Lilac & Kamui

I took the limited express Lilac from Sapporo to Asahikawa. Seats were reserved online and tickets were issued on the day at a ticket vending machine.　The trip to Asahikawa took about 1.5 hours.　　Please note that the penguin walk at Asahiyama Zoo is only available in winter when there is snow on the ground.
