Japan’s main island, Honshu, is home to the seaside city of Hamamatsu. The beach is bordered by the loggerhead turtle nesting grounds, the Nakatajima Sand Dunes. The international exhibitions of the Hamamatsu Museum of Musical Instruments are located close to the Act Tower skyscraper, which is shaped like a harmonica. Over 400 cherry trees and an observatory with views of the Pacific Ocean may be found at the 16th-century Hamamatsu Castle, which has been rebuilt.
