Good morning guys so we’re standing here in sumita park and behind us is the Tokyo Sky Tree which is a famous place to go for a good view of Tokyo and then over here is what’s known as the golden turd it sits on top of a beer

Headquarters and it was designed in the 1980s by a French architect it was supposed to be a Golden Flame but ended up looking a little bit more unfortunate so we had a great first day yesterday and we have a lot more to see Today it’s however stimulated right now we’re about to try our first I think you got it oh so close that was such a tease let me try there’s seven floors here each floor has a different kind of game there’s retro Games music games vog and these are all over Tokyo so we just had the best meal we

Came to Guk katsu modura it was about a 30-minute walk outside of aakasa they give you cutlets of beef and there’s a stone in front of you over a fire so you cook it to how you like it and you dip the beef in all the different sauces and

Stuff yeah this was amazing guys definitely our favorite meal in Japan so far we didn’t Vlog inside because it’s kind of awkward a lot of these restaurants there’s limited seating I think there were like 10 seats total but oh my gosh highly recommended the beef

Was so tender and it came to a total of $30 for both of us and we each had a drink too so very affordable really delicious highly recommend So if you feel like all we’ve done so far is eat oh that’s because that’s basically all we’ve done so far there’s just too many things to try I’m okay with that are you yeah probably our entire trip is going to be that way yeah the smells alone in this country like

That was our first big impression we walked out of the subway and we were like oh my gosh that smells amazing we want to eat everything so Laurel just found her version of Heaven here in Japan she shopping they’re so beautiful seeing lots of like go go boot

Styles going around I wish we could to take them all with us yeah there’s so much shopping around here um tons of places to eat just places to stop in and grab a drink or grab a coffee but these markets for midweek they’re crazy Busy so we just made it to akih Habra which is known as electric town in Tokyo this is one of the most popular tourist destinations for anyone interested in learning about the unique Japanese underground culture there’s tons of anime electronics and video games Gear so we’ve been seeing these capsule toy machines everywhere we found this one it’s auku that we had at the street market little like Choy souvenirs if you will and there’s all kinds of H varieties like whatever you’re into but but you don’t know which one you’re

Going to get so it shows you the options I really want this one did you get it I got it oh my gosh yeah there’s like uh 1 2 3 4 five six different ones and I think you got the one that you wanted I mean there all

Cute but I really wanted this one cuz we loved this yesterday these are Miniature household appliances and stuff yeah they’re so Random is this cat food yeah it’s like tuna I can’t believe I got this one I know it’s your lucky day oh cute amazing and on the soy Sauce Hi a Ramen change purse all our Japanese Yen Inside wow we really needed that Change so we were just seated at Chon Ramen we had to wait for about an hour but when we got here we placed our order they seat you and they take all of your preferences for your order and then they close your booth and the point of it is

It’s like an introvert real so you don’t have to talk and everyone is seated in their own little booth there’s even these little call cards you press a button and give them a card so you don’t have to talk to them at all and you can’t even see their Faces this is the third time I sung this song good how’s yours going I’m a robot so I don’t have emotions for too it’s really going for it playing the whole song aren’t you glad to have been at service have a good day and take care [Applause] I we got a cat

A and it’ll fit in our suitcase so yeah the second we stopped filming we got one so cute here we are okay so it’s our final morning in Tokyo we’re sitting here in our hotel getting ready to check out yeah we’re a little sad honestly to leave Tokyo so soon but

In 4 days I think we got a nice glimpse of what the city has to offer each part of Tokyo has such a different vibe we are so glad that we decided to book our hotel in a soaka we really love this area yeah it’s a little bit more slow

Paced I think if you want to come to Tokyo and get a really bustling Lively night life experience staying in Shinjuku or shabuya would be better but if you just want to kind of get the best of both worlds and come back to a quieter part of the city and that

Traditional Tokyo Vibe with all the temples and shrines and markets yeah this is the perfect place to stay one thing that we really liked about this area is it it is very walkable and there’s a really great coffee scene here I think there’s like four or five

Different cafes we found that are like a must stock our favorite one is called fugan and we ended up going there I think three different times so we utilize the public transportation system here to see other parts of Tokyo every part that we went to was within an hour

Ride from Asaka which is crazy to think but you are in the world’s largest city so it takes a while to get from place to place but the public transportation system has been very easy to navigate Google Maps and Google translate have been our best friends while we’re here

Yeah everyone has been so helpful too like every time we were confused we were able to find someone who spoke enough English and were excited and ready to help us out so so so now that we got our Tokyo fix we’re about to head out and explore another part of Japan our

Experiences today are going to be very traditional and unique and we don’t want you to miss that so if you haven’t already make sure you subscribe to our Channel and like and comment on this video we’re so excited to show you guys a different part of Japan yeah thanks so

Much for watching we’ll see you soon in the world oh totally uh there’s definitely so much more that oh totally there’s definitely sound so sced okay I don’t know how it not sounds just do it again like we’re talking oh totally okay come on yeah highly highly

Right came to gatu it was designed by a French architect in the 1980s and was supposed to be a Golden Flame but it ended up looking a little bit more unfortunate so golden poo yeah so that’s its So that’s its name so that’s okay gosh pleaseing got a pretty good glimpse of

Tokyo while we were here oh defin don’t make that let me do That

  1. Loving the Japan videos! We were there in November so it’s cool seeing how similar/different y’all did it. Can’t wait to go back.

  2. Seems to be a fantastic adventure! Thanks for bringing us along! (fun laughs at the end) πŸ‘πŸ‘

  3. I appreciate the bloopers! You two make vlogging look sooo effortless and natural, and the bloopers were a nice reminder that you’re human too πŸ˜‚πŸ€ I want to start vlogging, and I worry about tripping over my words or sounding scripted, so the bloopers made me feel better 🫢🏻

  4. You guys are the cutest, and this was such a fun video. β™₯️ when you get back home, you need to cover the song β€œTurning Japanese, I think I’m turning Japanese, I really think so.” πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€β€οΈβ€πŸ’‹β€πŸ‘©πŸ»πŸŽ€πŸŽ§πŸ‘˜πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸ Thanks for sharing!
