旅行 – エンタメ

So we’ arrived at Hiroshima and now we’re  about to take the fery over to MIMA Island   which is over there that little section  of buildings is where the town is it’s   where we’re staying and uh so excited  to see this little town and watch the [Music] sunset [Music]

Hello Mr MO is there any reservations that’s the boss so This Is Our Guest House more traditional  than the other um one we stayed in I think it’s   more traditional I think it’s just a little  bit more yeah so this is our b b yeah this

Our living space we got to make the futon  bed so we’ll do that today later tonight   is a task this is our view it’s absolutely  stunning got an Onsen bath as well that we   booked in private one yeah this is just this  is beautiful so we’re going to walk around

Town shortly and um this is how the traditional  Japanese people have dinner see down these mats   are comfy that’smy yeah so yeah we’re excited  about this and then we’ll clear this tonight   and make our food from bed yeah do that yeah  do that later tonight beautiful but yeah it

Is yeah this is beautiful so this is called  the Mickey Kunia guest house yeah I got the   salted butter and the sweet red bean paste of  these Maple migi menu muu cake things uh it’s   popular on the mij island Mima Mima Island so  I’ll try this off I think they’re basically

Like little sponge cakes fil filmed with filled  with fillings which one’s that salted salted bottle does it have a feel you have a taste  it’s pretty good definitely need a coffee of   it or something spongy it’s very moist try the  red bean filled one that’s the traditional one

I think there’s a lot of people here we got  it from this one here you can see them they   freshly make them in the window there yeah  there’s the ones around the corner it is just

Chocolate for people so we found a more local  yeah and there’s a few on the island that them   so this is the sweet red bean paste red bean  paste sweet red bean yeah oh filling oh yeah

You like this one yeah I love red bean I want  the filling there’s wines for this around the   corner like people like whining crazy for it oh  they’re very soft nice and is nice it’s it’s good

To try at least once away here um popular food  of the area yeah it’s good to try the locals   what they have here wow yeah I need a coffee  please just wash it down but taste Wise It’s

Good it’s moist it’s soft it’s again not too  sweet no we find all the sweets in Japan they   the right amount of sweet nothing is too sugary  no so no it’s not bad I wouldn’t say it’s like

Crazy jumping Joy but well I really like it the  wines for it though don’t add up to The Taste   but I guess it’s cuz it’s a the local thing  that they do here I would line up for it it

Depends on your taste though I don’t think it’s  appealing to you no but hey it’s good to try it’s   nice I finished it so that tells you something  yeah there we go all good I’m going to keep walking what are you doing free tea  free tea what is placees do free tea

It’s funny I mean maybe you do have to  buy a Mana well technically we [Music] did what’s up buddy what’s up buddy you swallow a [Music] duck oh he’s crying [Music] I don’t if you can hear that but he a sorry buddy it’s all

[Music] right you have to find some  berries we know allow to feed you here well see [Laughter] you so about  to show you the famous um floating Tory   that people come to see it’s low tide now  so a lot of people are right in front of

It I’ll just move over to the  left side in a second so you can see there it is so obviously high tide this is all full of  water but yeah everyone’s out taking photos to get closer it’s such a beautiful island  we’ve only been been here for an

Hour as Sunset goes a lot of people cuz  a lot of tourists come here for a day   trip so they’ll end up going back to catch  the fery while we are staying the night so

It’ll be less and less people as time goes on  uh 5 it’s 5:30 so I think the last fair is on [Music] soon He [Music] so as the sun has set the tourists have mostly  gone there’s de behind us raming the streets   pretty much got the streets to ourselves just  walking around exploring yeah so if you’re stay

In the night or day trip a lot of things do shut  around 4: to 600 so make sure you pack or bring   a dinner there some some hotels I will say I  think provide dinner or there is like a select

Handful of restaurants open but there was one  before but it had a bit of a l yeah and that’s   the thing the ones that are open there two or  three not even that just they’ll be a away cuz

It’s just packed or we just pack we just got some  meals from 7even 7-Eleven and we’re going to heat   them up at our guest house cuz it’s got yeah  just so we’re going to have that while when we

Come back but um yeah it’s just cool going around  and just walking around the town all the lights   are on it’s good there’s a lot of the tourists  are G so you kind of just enjoy some quiet yeah

I think after the busy cities we’ve gone is that  a cat little animals ramming around checking out   the vending machines there a alcohol one hey  yeah that’s cool aloh vending [Music] machine Oh so got up this morning and tried to find  breakfast and um walked around town found   the curry bread which is really good didn’t  record it cuz you know don’t have to record   everything just like to enjoy some time enjoying  the holiday but this is what it looks like in the

Mornings without any tourists around and water  so you get a good shot the water the Tide’s in   very quiet and peaceful the deers are out raming  around lot of the shops here open from 8:30 9:30 [Music] onwards [Music] sh

So we are now on the rad car going to mount n  and um we decided to do the Rope car cuz it is   towards the end of the trip and we are very  fragile and tired we didn’t bring our hiking

Boots either no I think we’ll walk down the trail  see how we go yeah walk down the trail there like   a bit of a a bit of a comfort purchase for us to  do but we get to rest and take a take the viewing

This is the back view and then we got the the Sea  View back there but yeah we are feeling it today   very tired and low energy but we are loving this  island it is very very nice Island a lot of the

People on it too it’s very chilled really cool  very chilled love to come back and do a lot of   the other Trails cuz it’s like this is just one  mountain viewpoint but I know that there’s a lot

Of trails that go so back on the island too yeah  so yeah we’re just going to take it easy go for   a walk and see the temples up on the mountain  and um yeah we’ll just try and beat the the

Herd of our tour groups we saw a bunch of tour  groups come in today going to the floating T it   is only 9:30 so maybe they’ll be coming up the  this roadway a bit later so yeah so we always

Try and get get to things early so you know we  can take ups and take in the views and enjoy   it because this time of year tour groups yeah I  mean it’s it’s good they they’re doing the same

Thing as us just they’re just bigger forms  than us and yeah they just yeah anyway they   just like to walk in front of a lot of things  and they just take over a lot you can’t really   see much but that’s just part of traveling we  don’t mind we’re very patient but that’s why

We wake up early and do our best to get to  Things Early the way to travel but yeah so Oh made it to the observatory it’s about a 30   minute walk if you walk fast  probably 20 get 360 views up here bit puffed out cuz there’s a bit of an  incline but it’s pretty easy though bit dry

Today nice 360 views all those little  lines you see in the water that oy of farms must been like a cross country  a lot of school kids running up here   that’s gorgeous up here this Shelby  bit hazy though but at least you get a [Music] view so we have decided to hike back  down so taking the Rope car you got you got   quite busy up there school kids just kept coming  so I couldn’t record uh some of the stuff uh some

Of the footage going down cuz school kids off  school kids but anyway we’re walking back down   now and it’s very peaceful it’s about a 2 km  hike from the top down to where we’re going so what’s it called I think we land at uh day  showing Temple D sh Temple beautiful Temple

Yeah so you going to check out check that out  then we’ll make our way back into the town grab   something to eat and then we’re going to go to  a local cafe which Our Guest House recommended

That does really good local style Omar rice yeah  not like the fancy one you see an inst but like   home style cooking PR of us stuff we like we love  the home style perfect right now we love Homestyle

Kind of places so like the place we stayed in  yesterday was very Homestyle you had dinner and   it was a communal space and we met a few people  it was a good night very nice people doing the

Same thing as us traveling and adventuring around  exploring but yeah so the terrain on this is is   pretty it’s not too hard I think it easy pretty  easy walk down yeah it is pretty easy it’s I

Think it all just depends on your obviously your  Fitness level and the weather so than you and if   you’ve had a very hectic two weeks in Japan yeah  no well we weren we were going to decide to take

The r car down but I think we just had a second  wind and we just thought oh let’s just walk down   and it’s nice as you see a lot of sits on the way  down and different different things to see haven’t

Seen a monkey yet I don’t know if there’s monkeys  on this island I didn’t but you do get a view of   Hiroshima City and the town that we we’re in me  Jima on the top on the top do observation deck so

It’s quite nice bit hazy today but still doesn’t  stop us you see there’s a bit of a view there so   still still got to go down see we bit to go so we  have made it to the cafe being recommended to it

Very home style which we love and notice this  is it here all dirt flaws and whatnot and you   got well I’m not going to just calm down mate  some of them friendly some of them be like who

Are you got some deers around so was trying to  get photo keep walking in a shot so yeah this is it a beautiful weria Vines oh this is yeah much rather this are  like popular expensive touristy restaurants

Even though they’re probably good but we love  the home style stuff cuz you get little nature   gems like this so we got the traditional mmy  rice does look a bit different than the on you   see on Instagram but this is very home style  this is a home style one give it a [Music]

Taste oh okay after H this H this is damn  you guys you got to you got to come here   this is really good oh my goodness how  much flavor in this this is like this place if you’re hiking it’s called Yura [Music] CH yeah yeah that  one there little this is really [Music] good [Music] so I just got my OKO [Music] Min  huge thing H special [Music] cabbage it’s   got It’s got cabbage Sprouts pork  egg deep fried batter rice cake   cheese and noodles so you heard that  that’s what’s put in it and then Shel

This is a Hiroshima special this  is what Hiroshima is known for   is the in AR I’m just showing  taking to a saw the sign here it is that’s the uh just absolutely annihilated as you  can see that’s the the hole there and

It’s just turned everything into Rubble it’s  not what such man-made device can do killing   innocent people it’s very sad over a wall you  can read the history about it read everything   behind it I’m just showing you what I’m  looking at and what I’m seeing and the

Signs that I’ve read but it is one thing  being at a site like this is to take it in and just imagine yourself cuz you look at  you look at this and then you look at the

City and it’s like tall buildings and lots  of people and um it’s just crazy how it it   just it comes it came back like the city came  back which is good but people do come here even

Locals come here as a reminder walk for you  and just to see what the city what happened   in 1945 so walking around the Memorial Park  it’s quite eerie and I think what makes Eerie   is the with the weather it’s very dark and rainy  just the burial mound so there’s different spots

Where you can see different things that  they’ve set up um was like there was the   little rocket shaped like thing with the kid  on top that was in memory of all the kids that   suffered um the uh they suffered cancer from  the radiation after the bombing and then this

Is theic Bomb Memorial atomic bomb Memorial  Mound here which was what I just showed you before it’s the memorial there very sad walking through here it and Shelby  was just saying before I mean you know you heard

About the Hiroshima um atomic bomb here that went  off but when you’re here and you you read more   about it you you you you really it’s hard to take  yeah you you know the details and and it’s it’s

Hard to put into words like when you actually  hear and seeing these sites it’s very [Music] sad [Music] Shelby and a looking at all these old school cameras well that’s us done here in hoshima  then you sp and you we got what half a day

And a night uh to explore but we saw  enough we like herim that’s a beautiful city speak the speaker is coming in yeah  so we’re about to take the bullet train   again got our bags packed um so one last  7-Eleven yeah didn’t get the benter box

This time but we got our own got a  bunch of stuff 7eleven we’re s to go   but we will be coming back and we will  be doing more travels shortly so stay tuned
