The amount of food Solo has ordered in this voyage is INSANE but I truly love it because I get to see all those dishes being served on this liner. They all look so appetizing!
Also, I gotta say, I really love that he's not talking and all we get is written captions and ambient noise. The mood of each place is front and center, while the man behind the camera and his thoughts as captions are secondary. It's fantastic.

Watching this for a second time, that "Chicago-Style Pizza," what a joke. That was an appetizer that you should have had the night before with the Sake. That BBQ was very lack-lustre, with no seasonings. No wonder you were disappointed. I agree the only thing that looked appealing was the Beef Curry and the Hamburger Steak. I enjoy going back and reqatching your videos, because I always seem to see something I did not see before.
Calling that a ‘deep dish pizza’ is the same as calling a frozen fish stick ‘sashimi’.

if i lived in japan i would go to every island by ferry and would start at one end and go all the way to the other end of your beautiful country by ferry staying in the best cabins on the ship , eating the best food and drinking the best bear as i sit in my hot bath drinking my cold bear. i would explore every island and learn about every thing. nice dream right. lol lol. i will just have to watch you do it. lol.

That's a stretch to call this a "gourmet ferry". It was definitely hit and miss. The Chicago pizza is an abomination.

I always thought that sake is alcohol-heavy type of vodka – like 60% or above. Idk why – propably someone had to tell me that.
