00:00 Introduction
00:41 How To Go Tokyo City Flea Market
02:08 Tokyo City Flea Market
09:41 Flea Market Food
11:41 Nippori Station
It is day 4 of our weeklong Tokyo trip and today we are going thrifting at a Japanese flea market ralph’s konbini breakfast: 7-Eleven pancakes sausages and jammy soy sauce eggs the flea market is about an hour away by train topping up our suica cards again
Since it’s a pretty massive market, i decided to fuel up with an onigiri from the train station fried chicken onigiri yum! the chick is so good first time riding this monorail line always so organized and efficient such cool looking guys such a beautiful station overlooking the river
Amazing japanese glassware this flea market is sprawled out across a parking lot with many vendors selling out of the back of their car this market is great for thrifting if you have the patience to dig for secondhand finds this pile is all 200 yen but there also a few more curated sellers
Silent wow some of the stalls have a qr code so you can follow them online time to explore wow… all this camera stuff got these adapters… extension tubes… a bunch of vintage lots of secondhand cameras dinosaur belt buckle… oh, no, it’s a hair pin secondand japanese accessories my first buy today
Ah, i found another of these mirrors that i have beautiful shell details secondhand bags i just bought this mint colored columbia jacket so that was honestly overwhelming, it’s also getting really hot going to go to the covered section which is under the car park area you can find all sorts of antiques
Even fossils and mammoth tusks he was trying to explain what dinosaur this came from retro japanese collectibles tiffany jewelry and pokemon cards so many brooches you got something? still on the lookout for vintage flairs should i get this for 8000 yen? which is around 3000 pesos for a secondhand porter tote
Vintage nina ricci necklace you can even find some secondhand designer pieces pierre cardin purse versace coat ยฅ15000 (105 USD / 5800 PHP) really good condition damn someone just tried to buy this contax for $1000 got to believe in magic bags for ยฅ100 (.70 USD /38 PHP)
Okay, i think i found some very ralph shirts i might use as a gift ooh, this is so cute fruit of the loom golden harvest collection he might also really like this one like a vintage sears shirt i can’t see it’s in the shadow you bought it? or you’re thinking about it?
1000 yen. i bought it. new porter bag so we spent the last 2 hours shopping we are now at the food area to get some lunch okay, i’m already liking this truck apparently this curry truck is owned by a popular youtuber the shrimp curry was super flavorful chicken curry they’re both good
How’s the chicken? – super good flea market tips? just bring a lot of cash these guys tend to have a lot of cash with them so if you spend, let’s say, your ยฅ10,000 bill they can easily break it for you it’s not really a problem they’d be happy to do it
So i bought this columbia jacket for ยฅ1000 and he gave me ยฅ9000 back it was easy time for a coffee from the truck right beside noticed that most japanese favor a dark roast delicious way to end our flea market day back to the station to catch a train to nippori
Really love the view at this station so many food options at this station look at all these fish cakes this shop specializes in japanese sweet potato this sweet potato looks so good unbelievably soft and sweet ralph got cured mackerel sushi thank you for watching! see you next week!

i really enjoy your editing style, so relaxing to watch ๐
Just curious but do you both speak Japanese? And did you see/hear anyone haggling at the flea market? I feel it may be impolite to do so due to their culture. Looking forward to more of your Japan vids!
