Street Food in Uzbekistan – In this video, I will take you on an exotic street food tour in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where I will taste bizarre Central Asian meat and a delicious Uzbek Lagman.
To start our exotic street food tour in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, I went to have some of the best meat in Uzbekistan, Tandir Lamb. Mountain lamb marinated and cooked in a tandoor for two hours.
To continue our exotic street food tour in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we went to try one of the most iconic Central Asian dishes, Lagman. Hand-pulled noodles served with chopped meat, mixed vegetables, and spices.
Moving on with our exotic street food tour in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we went to a local restaurant to have mindblowing kebabs and an insane bone marrow soup.
To end our exotic street food tour in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we made it to a local village for the most exotic meat paradise dish, Beshparmak. At the border with Kazakhstan, this restaurant makes unique dishes like Haleem, spicy rice Pilaf, lamb neck, and the Kazakh national dish, Beshparmaq, made with Horse meat, lamb, peppers, and more.
