Hey, awesome viewers! 🌟 Welcome back to the second leg of our Japan journey! 🇯🇵 Currently soaking up the culinary wonders of Osaka and Kyoto, and boy, is it a feast for the senses! 🍣🍜

First stop: a top-rated Kantodaki joint! 🍢 We dove into mouthwatering octopus, daikon, and even tried whale skin! 🐙 The octopus and daikon were spot on, but Dean wasn’t quite a fan of the whale skin. 🤷‍♂️

Next, we hit up a bbq Kobe restaurant for some yakiniku delight! 🥩 This high-rated beef BBQ spot served up set menus of the finest beef cuts, including the legendary Kobe beef. 🤤 As the designated cameraman, I learned the hard way that the camera eats first—then the wife, leaving the cameraman with cold food. 😢

Uji stole our hearts with its matcha magic! 🍵 From specialty boutiques to Itoh Kyuemon’s limited edition parfaits, it was a tea lover’s paradise! 🍰

In a race against time, we discovered a local gem, Seikoudoku, a mom and pop dan-dan noodle haven in Kyoto. 🍜 Just made it 30 mins before closing, and it was hands down the best dan-dan noodle experience ever!

Eel Issei took the spotlight with its standout eel rice! 🍚 Solely focused on eel, and they nailed it. A bit pricey, but totally worth the indulgence.

Wrapping up our culinary adventure in Kyoto at Waguri Senmon Saori, a dessert haven specializing in the seasonal chestnut parfait and mont blanc. 🌰 Reservations are a must on Tabelog, and they have limited quantities of this divine treat—definitely a must-visit spot! 🍨✨

Stay tuned for more gastronomic delights! Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and hit that notification bell for the next flavor-packed episode! 🍽️🔔 Until then, happy eating! 🥢🌸
