Hello! “Japanese Kitchen Tour”.
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chefs’ techniques, and Japanese food.

This time, I would like to introduce “Nandaimon”, a yakiniku restaurant located in Moji Ward, Kitakyushu City.
This is the world’s smallest yakiniku restaurant with only one table.
The owner, Mr. Kawachi, used to run a business as a yakiniku restaurant owner, but he was hospitalized after suffering from cancer.
He closed his shop and spent his life battling illness.

Now he has opened a Yakiniku restaurant again, and many customers visit the restaurant every day.

こんにちは！「 Japanese Kitchen Tour 」です。
こちらのチャンネルでは、日本の食文化や料理人の技術、日本の食べ物を紹介します。

日本の伝統的な料理（ 寿司 ラーメン うどん そば 刺身 屋台 ）などに加え、町中華やデカ盛り店、日本のストリートフードやスイーツなど、様々なグルメを紹介します。

今回は北九州市門司区にある焼き肉店「南大門」さまを紹介します。
こちらはテーブルがたった一つの、世界一小さな焼き肉店。
オーナーの河内さんはかつて焼肉店オーナーとして事業を行っていましたが、癌を患って入院。
お店も廃業し、闘病生活を送りました。

現在は再び焼肉店を始め、毎日多くのお客様がお店に訪れます。

    I don't know how I found this channel yesterday but each episode is full of hope and inspiration — mixed with subtle humor… What an awesome find for me and anyone!     私も看護師1年目の時に、町のお菓子屋さんで商売をされている方を担当しました。その方の仕事への姿勢や好きなことをたくさんお話してくれる姿が本当に大好きでした。ただ私の病気が見つかったのでその患者さんには挨拶せずに退職してしまいました。父から旅行のお土産を頂いた時に、たまたまその方の作ってくれたクッキーでした。今でもその味は忘れられません。はやくそのお店に足を運びたいと思わせてくれました。また、看護師3年目となりましたがやっぱりこの仕事っていいなと思いました。とても素敵な動画をありがとうございます🥲
