Nasi Beti Bu Karmini (https://maps.app.goo.gl/n5uMcrboJcucXAFo7) – Bu Karmini is known for her incredible food especially nasi tongkol, or rice with spicy mackerel and her spicy chili carbs which were some of the best chili crab Iโve ever had!
Bebek Tumapel Mbak Roh (https://maps.app.goo.gl/pTHbekjanumQvLWVA ) – Sambal is one of the greatest parts of any Indonesian food meal and youโll eat it with just about everything. This place is famous for their bebek goreng, or friend duck, but especially for their spicy and sweet sambal.
Depot Gito (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GHac6N8q9ZnSAAfLA) – If you love spicy food, this is another absolute must eat Indonesian street food experience. You choose all the food you want, everything is deep fried and itโs served with an insanely spicy and tasty sambal chili sauce. One of their highlight dishes is Ayam Penyet – Fried chicken smashed with sambal.

They served rice topped with omelets and salted stingray and a small mountain of chili tomato sambal sauce. The combination is out of this world – one of the best meals in Surabaya!

Wow Mark, you made me miss my country, I was there about a year ago! Me being an Indonesian of course I miss the spicy.. the real spicy stuff! They rarely have spice that way in United States! I wish I can fly there at this moment! Love seeing your videos especially when you visit my country!

Hi Mark, try going to Lombok Island once in a while, specifically in the city of Mataram, there is delicious food on the edge of Loong Blok beach, they sell grilled fish and plecing and about chili sauce, don't hesitate, I guarantee you will be addicted
