I went to the Nakijin Castle Ruins in the northern part of Okinawa Prefecture.
This is said to be the site of a castle that existed in the 14th century.
It was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.
There are many ruins on a large site.
Please walk slowly and feel the history.
