Thank you for vlogging the new mall. Just 3 level plus it's a residence mall that's why shops are limited mostly food related. 😊

So many malls in Sengkang. There's Compass One, Rivervale Mall, Rivervale Plaza, Seletar Mall and now Sengkang Grand Mall. There's also a upcoming New Anchorvale Village.
Sengkang g estate and Buangkok just side by side. Same like the Mrt. Buangkok Mrt exit has so many eateries. This mall make the place busier. So compass 1 is larger but waterway point largest
there's 1 holland mall too and it's an open-air concept! now is a good time to visit especially they have so many Christmas deco!!!

Sengkang is malay word, from Lorong Sengkang which is next to Lorong Buangkok.

Sengkang = 盛港 = prosperous harbour. It used to be a fishing village.
