The Port of Chiba is located in the central part of Japan, at the innermost part of Tokyo Bay. It stretches over six cities from Ichikawa City in the north to Sodegaura City in the south, with a coastline extending approximately 133 km and a port area of about 24,800 hectares. It is the largest port area in Japan.
Chiba Port Park is a park located in the Chiba Bay Area, Japan. It is a lovely park by the bay with large open fields, trails for walking or running, and recreational activities. It’s a great place to have a picnic, or just stroll around taking in views of Tokyo Bay.
The main feature of the park is Chiba Port Tower, a slim mirrored glass tower that rises above the park at 125 meters and overlooks Tokyo Bay.
