  1. I did a loop similar to you. I stayed in Asakusa the first time which I loved, and Shinjuku on the return which was exciting but noisy.

  2. Nice take on Tokyo. One of the greatest cities in the world. We took a tour there in 2007. The culinary aspect interests me most!

  3. Thanks for the video! Some cool places I didn't see the first time and will have to check out when I go back. I really enjoyed going to Tokyo, it is massive, there is just so much to see, it's all so walkable and you can hop on the subway to get somewhere fast. We stayed in Chiyoda near the British Embassy and Akihabara both very central and this made it easy to get around and get the trains. I really enjoyed Tsukiji, it has a bad reputation online but I found the prices fine while it is touristy it's vibrant and there are a lot of shops. My favorite area is Omotesandō in Shibuya, it is very upscale with a lot of small shops, fun shopping and restaurants. The real question is – did Kevin go to Guitar Street and also get a good bottle of whiskey?!

  4. We loved staying in Asakusa as well, just down the street from the temple. We were able to take a direct train from the airport to the station and then a five minute walk to our hotel.
