Japanese Food Udon noodles I made at my work for dinner tonight. Pork belly, tofu, tempura yam/onion/shrimp, and togarashi/sriracha. I work at a japanese restaurant and went HAM on this. I was hungry, and that udon broth base is the best. I will learn the recipe soon. August 23, 2020
