We are Heather, Bradey, Alexa and Chloe. We purchased an abandoned stone barn in the foothills of the Italian Alps and we are working together as a family to renovate and restore this old stone barn into our dream home.

  1. So pleased for you to be able to have some more travelling adventures. As a 65 year old Granny, with full on caring commitments, (a mother and mother in law), hubby and I cannot go far. So watching your adventures really helps.
Our wish is to try and visit every county here in the UK.
Enjoy your precious time. And thankyou. ❤❤

  2. Woaw….You all look so refreshed and revitalised! Whilst I can’t wait for the big reveal I am soo happy to see you all refreshed and so full of life again after the huge drain such hard work must have caused. Bradley and Heather, I had to laugh at your comment about reverse culture shock. As a European having travelled and lived on 4 continents I can only agree with you. Each time I land back “in the land of plenty” I get that same sentiment :
    – customer service… Yes everything has a price, but you get helped at least !
    – the world’s best road infrastructure because you have space galore
Makes me always wonder how come there’s now so much polarisation within American Society…
If only people knew how good they have it in the US, the mix of landscape and scenery, the vast resources, the amount of space they would put more faith in their country and pull together rather than taking it apart. Yes, there’s poverty, violence and drugs… but that becomes increasingly the case everywhere and the only remedy to this is not “more police” but more VALUES. The greater your liberties and possibilities the higher the need for a moral and value compass! The way your children are educated will give them just that and that is certainly the best gift you can ever offer to them! Keep on those tracks, you are up to even greater adventure, challenges and rewards and thank you for taking us on this journey! May it inspire many of us ! Pierre

  3. Which solar cameras did you put up? I’m looking for something that doesn’t need electricity or WiFi for a place in Spain. Thanks!!!

  4. Just for your information regarding the tips in restaurants or bars. In Europe there are certain countries where it's not common to give a tip, but that depends on the country you live. In Austria or Germany it's pretty common that you give tips 10-20% of the whole bill.

  5. I think it is lousy that after following so long the immense task of building that house, now you leave and leave everything hanging. Is this show about finishing the house in Italy or traveling around; I am really confused? 😤🥵🤪👎

  6. Hi, watching your videos is really, really awesome and very inspiring!!! I must admit, I could have done better as a father after seeing your videos❤

  7. My first comment! I’m now 69, and although I’ve had an exciting life having grown up in San Francisco near Golden Gate Park in the 60s & 70s (and marrying a member of a famous rock band), I unfortunately never traveled to Italy. My grandparents emigrated to tye US from Belnome in the mountains east of Genoa, and my cousin still owns my great grandfather’s home. Every year, there is a huge family reunion for weeks where the women cook and the men sing and everyone dances and drinks wine. I’m hoping to go before it’s too late! Anyway, I’m living vicariously through you, and think you must’ve picked the most beautiful spot in Italy for your homestead. I’m mesmerized by all of the different facets of your property, and how you have pulled from so many of its resources. I also love that your girls are going to be so well-rounded after this between traveling and being hands-on with renovations. And I love how transparent you are with all of your ups and downs, and that you haven’t lost your sense of humor through it all! I do know that in my next life, I am going to pick a husband who is handy! I’m the one that fixes everything around here. Sorry for the long text but I just love you guys and wish you the very best. I can’t wait to see the end result on the house, especially since I feel like you are really ready to rock ‘n’ roll. Take care. Much love, Kathi. ❤

  8. I understand completely what you mean about how much space we have, although I live in Canada it’s the same here. The most shocking thing I remember was that there was a whole isle of dog food in the grocery store.

  9. I totally understand missing simple things. We live in Italy for 7 yrs and my first wish was chick fil a Mac n cheese! Ohio is our home state. Yes, no tipping but there is a coperto added to your tab. What area do you live in Italy? We lived in Milan and Florence . Still many things we still miss…yet there are so many things we so appreciate being back in the states. This time of year we really miss the Christmas markets. We have been to so many countries. Kinda like going from state to state here. We came home every 2 years.

  10. Ever since I started following your journey with the Italian stonehouse, I swear I am both always worried and excited when I see you posted a new video😅 Worried because I'm like "oh no they couldn't solve the visa issue and had to leave! Then I'm like oh yay they left for vacations and will be back! 😆 I love following you and I wish you so many more blessignsand happy surprises! Love from France ❤

  11. I am from Canada. I think you are brave to undertake this stone house in Italy. Did you purchase the stone house from your family or through real estate? I just got into your story yesterday. I am looking so forward to all your adventures.

  12. Been watching since the beginning and love you guys. Watching the girls grow up is like watching my daughters growing up. I really hope everything works out for you'se in Italy. Yoou prove that persistence is a virtue. Love from South Australia

  13. I am so happy for you all to be traveling again! I have watched all of your videos on u tube and you were the first people I watched and subscribed to! I have travelled vicariously through you all. I also encourage you to be taking a day off every week going forward so that you don’t get so burnt out. Please take care of yourselves and have a great time with your family! Happy Thanksgiving! A fan from Canada! Kathy

  14. Sorry guys but you have lost me. As soon as you started promoting AI I decided to unsubscribe. Do you not realize you are doing your children and future generations out of a job ? I urge you to research please and find out who and what is AI and what the intentions are for us in the future. I wish you well but its goodbye from me

  15. Dude, let her speak! I could barely pay attention because it got so annoying. You have time on this platform, so take pauses.

  16. I’m glad you had your Thanksgiving back home with the family in USA and take some relaxing time from your bodies and mind from working so hard in your new home in Italy we need that at times for some tranquility

  17. You make me smile so brightly so thank you! I still have the utmost dream of traveling to Italy. Hopefully next year. I am afraid I would not want to leave…

  18. The title sounds like you were leaving for good. It's unnecessary to do the clickbait as you have people who follow you because they want to. No more clickbait, please.

  19. Welcome home. I live in northern KY. We are neighbors, well almost. Love your channel. Just found it today. Will check it out again…

  20. This is hilarious😂
Moving from the Phoenix Metropolitan area to a small town in Washington State has literally shown me the same types of differences 😂Every time I go back to PHX my mind is blown all over again at how big everything is etc..
Obviously, there are a lot more differences in your situation, but, I can relate so very much, haha❤🎉

  21. I know what you mean! We moved from the UK to the USA and I felt like we left Lego Land and flew into the future 😂😅 The size of Walmart and the Shopping Malls! It was mind blowing. The variety of Everything was intoxicating and the convenience! I still miss it. We are back home in Australia now. Enjoy your adventures xx

  22. Such a long overdue break for you and your family! Glad you were able to see your family and enjoy some down time. Absolutely love watching all your videos, thank you so much for sharing your life!

  23. Can ‘t wait to follow the rest of your brave and physically taxing journey. I love your positivity and ability to overcome obstacles. Enjoy this break!

  24. So you are leaving Italy? Italy won’t miss you. I have lived in 4 countries, including Italy, 5 of the United States plus the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The key to enjoying where you live is making an effort to understand local customs, learn the language, and adapt to how those around you live. Those around you will appreciate it and welcome you. Not only you will not enjoy where you live if you don’t follow those guidelines but people around will resent you and ignore you. I have watched several of your videos and it is evident that you act more as “ugly Americans” than someone who wants to become part of the community. Think about it.
