今回の旅の目的は、忙しい毎日からリトリート。
”世界のヒュッゲを探す旅”🌏

長野と群馬。
最近信州にハマっていて、上高地や諏訪そして山梨の甲府など出歩く中で
いちばん観光地感がない土地『戸隠』
思慮深く美しい自然が、地元の方々の手によって
2:45 大切に守られてきたことが感じられた戸隠神社５社巡りからスタートします。

そして
11:05 善光寺や藤屋御本陳などを中心に栄えてきた長野市 →
13:20 みんなの避暑地、軽井沢でリラックス →
14:15 最後にずっと行きたかった高崎のジャンティークでショッピングし帰路に着きます。

5:25 そうそう♪
戸隠では、大自然の中サウナを堪能しました。
心が鎮まり、世界がひらく感覚を覚える。
静寂な自然の大作に包まれながらととのいました。

The purpose of this trip was to retreat from our busy daily lives.

Nagano and Gunma.
Lately, I’ve been hooked on Shinshu, and while traveling around Kamikochi, Suwa in Nagano,
and Kofu in Yamanashi.
Togakushi, the land with the least touristic feel
Thoughtful and beautiful nature created by local people

At Togakushi, we enjoyed a sauna in the midst of nature.
My heart calms down and I feel like the world opens up.
I was surrounded by the tranquil masterpiece of nature.
