Day Seven! Early morning shots of Kawaguchiko Lake from the roof of the Konansou Ryokan. It was raining up there, Fuji was hiding in the clouds, but it was a great view of Kawaguchiko Lake while the town was still asleep.
Today’s excursion brought us up to Mount Fuji! The visibility was low today, but we had several times when the clouds parted and you could see some of Mount Fuji-san. We had delicious Mount Fuji shaped melon bread, visited a shrine, and just got back to Kawaguchiko for some relaxation.

Kaiseki Dinner at Konansou, we had Japanese Barbeque cooked table side on hot lava rock plates! The other dishes were delicious, we will have to come back and stay again sometime, it was truly unforgettable!!
