0:55 Hm, ticket dispenser's voice announcement is bilingual. Since the university is public-owned and the parking facility accepts cash in addition to electronic payments, and is fully open-air, it would've been nice if the facility's ticketing system is ticketless #LPR (License Plate Recognition) aka ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) as seen in #Taiwan (e.g. Erdwa_MvEig, 7-LhNlMvjLU, etc.) so the public facility can still provide a physical barrier to prevent users from cheating/scamming the facility owners, no matter if unknowingly or wilfully, while saving on maintenance and operations with eliminating the need for refilling ticket dispensers with physical tickets, including eliminating need for physical tickets for every user at all, while utilizing government/public-owned identification systems and technologies such as license/number plates.
