My husband is from Echigo Yuzawa, therefore I visited Echigo-Yuzawa at least 50 times :). In my 10. Japan Vlog I introduce Echigo-Yuzawa, a ski area which is one of the regions in the world with the most snow. Known for one of the best rice and sake in Japan, beside that, food, mountain vegetables, something very unique. This town is one hour from Tokyo (with the Shinkansen) and worth a day trip or even two. This time I photographed rice terraces (lots of rain). Something I always remember is the time when I visited (not this time) this little shop where they weave kimonos from silk and grass, so interesting.
