In this video, Duncan lays out his approach toward a body reset. As a senior citizen, he takes what he has learned from various resources, and puts them into his own plan of how he will manage the key topics of nutrition, exercise, and alcohol. He also provides some detail behind each of these three topics to give you concrete examples of how he will employ this strategy. He will also provide quite a number of resources which you can use to develop your own plan. Finally, he provides his results for the last approximately two weeks of him Prescribing to this lifestyle.
In the video, Duncan also asks for anyone that might be interested in being an accountability partner, to share challenges and results of their journey.
