First and foremost, Singapore Airlines is known for its outstanding customer service; my experience was no exception and not the first time. From when I checked in to disembark the aircraft, the Singapore Airlines staff went above and beyond to ensure that my comfort and satisfaction. The inflight experience was exceptional. The aircraft was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and decent legroom. The extensive entertainment options included various movies, TV shows, and games to keep me occupied throughout the flight. The food and beverage service was also outstanding, with delicious and well-prepared meals and a wide selection of beverages. The flight crew was attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the flight, and they went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. In addition, they proactively anticipated our needs, such as providing extra pillows and blankets, and quickly responded to any requests. The overall experience with Singapore Airlines was seamless and hassle-free, and as usual, I would choose to fly with them again in the future. The airline's attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly sets them apart from other airlines, and it is clear that they take pride in providing its passengers with a superior travel experience. Overall, my experience with Singapore Airlines was exceptional on these trips SQ242, SQ710, SQ707 & SQ421. And I highly recommend this airline to anyone looking for a premium travel experience. The eight hours flights look like 2 hrs.
bad experience with SQ, the baggage was badly damaged and the claim until now has not been completed with the reason that it is still being processed even though it has been 2 months
We had this unpleasant experience while #FlySQ flying with Singapore Airline SQ 622 on July 9th, 2023 at 13:55 from SIN to KIX airport. One of the staff, wearing @SingaporeAir uniform at the plane's entering door who supposed to help my wife to cover the baby stroller with a plastic bag refused to do the job with ours and ask my wife arrogantly to do it by her self. We saw him covered other's baby stroller with a plastic bag infront of our eyes but refused to do the same thing with ours. We are just a mom with a 75 years old grandma who need to take care a 1,5 years toddler, how can this irresponsible guy did this to us and asking my wife to do the job which is he getting paid to do?
My wife and her mother spent nearly US$6000 on this 6 hours business class #FlySQ and we (neither you) would never expected this could be happened.
I don't care who ever he is, wether he is a president director or just a janitor, as long as this lazy ass guy wearing a @SingaporeAir uniform, he supposed to do the job and should never hand over his job to his employer's customer, because he is getting PAID for it and my wife already pay for all the service include covering our baby stroller and #SingaporeAir should give a 100% effort for all their customers.
This is unacceptable and very rude… This behavior is INSULTING my family especially for my wife and her mother.
If he thinks he is more superior than us, he is totally wrong because we are the one who pay for this and he get paid from #SingaporeAir to cover any baby stroller with a plastic bag.
If he doesn't want to do the job, he should not apply for the job, because there are a lot of people out there would love to do his job.
@SingaporeAir as the employer should pay attention if there's any employee who had a bad day they should take a day off because it will affect the customer.
Or maybe if he is not happy with his job, he should quit and find another job which fits with his passion…
He can not bring his bad mood to the place where he get paid for, his attitude is not good for the company and I am not happy with this situation because it's ruin our holiday.

I did fly with countless airlines. Singapore Airlines is the best. Before I was in awe about most of Arabic airlines, but when I did try Singapore Airlines i did not want to leave the air craft after landing. "Sarong Kebaya" dress is the most beautiful uniform in any airlines and flight attendants are the most kind angels. The pilots most professional. If You ever have a choice, choose Singapore Airlines! It does not matter if economy or business or first class, You will feel better on the plane than on the ground.
I’ll never fly Singapore Airlines again!!!!! They have no customer service. I flew them last September Seattle to Bangkok. The Bangkok to Singapore portion of the return trip was changed enough to cause me to miss the Chiangmai to Bangkok Portion of the flight. I found that out on my own. sA never informed me. In the meantime, my brother died and I had to get home a week early. Singapore airlines said I had to contact the third party travel agency to change the ticket. After 4 days of emailing them, the agency, BudgetAir told me Singapore Airlines wanted $1,650 to change my ticket. I’m sure that BudgetAir never mentioned to SA that I was due a free change because of SA canceling a portion of my return ticket and changing it on their own. They also didn’t tell SA that I was changing my flight because my brother had died. Because I had no more time to waste before going back, I found and bought a ticket on Qatar Airlines for $620.00. It has been 7 months since I got home and I have been in email communication weekly with Singapore Airlines and BudgetAir to get a refund. They keep changing what’s required for a refund. They first told me that I needed the death certificate and obituary. They changed that to add mine and my brother’s birth certificate, listing a common mother and father. Then, they said copies weren’t enough. They wanted them formatted a certain way. All of this done to get me to give up. I DON’T AND WON’T GIVE UP!!! I am in the process of filing complaints with every government agency in the U.S. and Singapore and am suing for $620.00, the amount of the ticket that I was forced to buy. Singapore Airlines is making record profits and giving large bonuses to their flight crews. It would be nice if some of these profits would go to upgrade their customer service department.
I would like to say how great full I am to have you in my life thank you for flying me around the world, I don’t know what to give back to you, honestly thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️!

The Cabin crew was the friendliest and compassionate. The service midflight was 5 star.

What is important to me is that Singapore Airlines treat all flight attendants equally regardless of sex.
