Hai…it seems the price for museum pass also increased too much… a good information about taking ticket for individual places or one museum pass is good enough for 15 days itenary to turkey would be helpfull

I was in Turkey and I came back 2 days back, we did buy one Istanbul card and we were 4 people. We did not know that the card was limited, which is reaaaal shit and I never heard that in any country, the goverment of Istanbul are real thieves. In Europe tourist or citizen the can buy the same card. This is real Discrimination for tourist and the other things if you go to a museum, the turk pay few lera and the tourist pay tribble the price😂😂. That is real trush, and the turk want to become a member of EU, it is just a dream.
I would recommend ignoring anyone by the transit card machine giving advice. From my experience, one volunteer by the Hagia Sofia said get the Istanbulkart instead of the 10 pass card as it was a better deal. I showed him my Istanbulkart. He then said the same thing to the guy next to me and the customer bought the Istanbulkart from the machine. The volunteer then repeatedly harassed that customer that he should get at least 1 Euro for his advice. My advice is don't talk to anyone standing next to the machine. You might think of getting advice from the Polis if an officer is there, but most of them say they don't speak English anyway so it's futile.

I want a one way car rental from izmir to antalya or the other way around.. i want it just one way.. can someone help me with number of the car rental agent
I just finished a two month stay in Kadiköy. The Istanbulkart machines are horrible. To top off some won't let you do it directly like you showed. You have to press the top left button, then the second from the top button on the right. All the machines would initially show in English when I selected that language, then on subsequent screens it'd revert to Turkish. I remember seeing something on one machine saying the biggest bill it would accept was a 200 tl note, so if you try to use something larger it may not work.
Saying that – I loved the public transportation, especially the ferries and the 65 tl tour of the Bosporus!
This is a rip off to tourists.

Istanbul was great i went there from july 5 till th 17 th with m'y husband but it was expensive as hell soo expensive especially the historical sites were mostly for us tourists to inter top capi WE had to pay 1800 lira it was very expensive and for locals just 200 lira i think it is stupid i liked Istanbul but definetly would not go back it cost me almost a year worth of salary imagine that

I’m in Istanbul now and honestly it seems like a pretty subpar system.
Not being able to use credit/debit card to top up the Istanbulkart, that it expires after 500 lira and that only Turkish nationals & permanent residents are able to use the app seems like a completely missed and obvious opportunity as well as not making things as seamless for tourists as it should be.
Having that said this is a good video explaining this shambles of a system.

Hello! Great video! I have a layover in Turkey for 2 days. I'll be visiting with my wife on our way back from the UK. What card do you advise me to buy for these two days for myself and my wife. I do have an old Istanbul Card from 2019, not sure if that would still be functional.
