Many people asked about the rent!

My apartment is located around Tamakawa 多摩川, the edge of Tokyo and Kanagawa. The rent is 89,000 yen, about $800, a month with 3000 yen for management fee. The house is 26 square meters big with the room 16 square meters big. Built in 2005. So I think overall it’s not bad. And it’s 7 minutes walk to the closest station!
