We set out on an exciting journey from Taipei to Hualien to see the most beautiful park in Taiwan: Taroko National Park 太魯閣國家公園. Though our time in this city was limited to just a day, we couldn’t pass up the chance to visit this spectacular gem. However, getting to the famous spots isn’t easy. Public transportation options were limited, and most visitors opted for guided tours that we were too late for. Undeterred by the uncertainties, we decided to take a leap of faith, holding our train tickets close and venturing into the unknown.

Our day trip was only a success because of the warmth of the Taiwanese people again. Sometimes, the best memories come from stepping outside our comfort zone.

We also considered Klook’s private charter services but we were too late.

PS: Allen gonna be busy from now on. ;-p
i was there my junior high graduation tour
I didn't get a chance to go to Toroko National Park when I was in Taiwan, but I would love to go! It was one of my bucket list, but didn't have time to go. I will sure hit up Allen for my next visit! Great video as always!
I love how the spontaneous adventure turned out so well! Would love to make it out to Taroko National Park
One of the best things about traveling is meeting and learning from the locals, and getting to know their culture. But oftentimes language is a huge barrier. Taiwan was a special experience for me because I could speak the language, making it easier to connect with the people there. Can't wait to visit again!
