Kind of a grim title for a food blog video
The must eat item for me at any sushi bar is grilled fish collar (Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, etc.). Try it with a bowl of rice or inari sushi. This is great for newbies. Sweet shrimp, fresh mackerel (any type), hamachi and chutoro are my favorite raw dishes but I love all types of sushi!

I absolutely hate this experience. No interaction with anyone. I hate the way food service is headed in this country. In Illinois they are going to waitstaff being paid minimum wage so because of prices no one is tipping anymore so now the servers suck. I don’t even want to go out to eat anymore it’s become depressing .
There are Robots cooking the food back there i bet!

Ate here when I was in Vegas February 25 2020, right when Covid hit. First time at a conveyor belt anything and it was a great meal and great memories. Wish I had em in St. Louis area. Thanks for the video.
