Wow, this is a great collaboration with 5 of my favorite foodie YouTubers with a Japan-Hawaiʻi connection! I always like videos with Frank and Shinichi because they are fully bilingual and can describe and explain things with correct pronunciation of English and Japanese, and Satoshiʻs knowledge of (and ability to read) things Japanese and his delightful descriptions of the food in Japanese make their channels comprehensible and enjoyable to people from different cultures and language backgrounds from their personal perspectives. And Amanda and Felix add their own personal perspectives and tastes from their cultural backgrounds and experiences in Hawaiʻi (and Amanda can speak Japanese), so I really enjoy everyone sharing their thoughts and experiences with food in Japan and Hawaiʻi — Now you just have to convince Frank to visit Hawaiʻi and try out the best saimin in the islands!
