Is it worth to spend 1-day side trip to Hakodate???

In my first day in Japan, I spend 2 days in Tokyo before going to Hakodate. W

Originally, I planned to go directly to Sapporo but I realize, it going to be an 8-hour ride via Bullet train.

So instead of going for that 8-hour ride, I opt to stop in Hakodate and spend a day there.

I visited Goryokaku, Lucky Pierrot, Bar Yamashita, Kanemori Red Brick, Starbucks in Hakodate Port and a lot more.
