Creametories haha… anyway, a beautifully made video.
Every coalmine in the past were dangerous and horrific##working in it involves a great risk to anyone whether forced or not forced🤞
Btw I love Japan🤘🏼
997 Joseon people were cruely sacrificed in that hell island. I feel so disgusted watching how japanese deny the historical fact and just wrap it up as their glorious historical spot. If Japan keeps denying what they did in the past, there will be no future either.
Typical Japanese that omitted the true history about Japan in the war!!!
You would not say this is a good place when you know the past of it. The Japanese killed lots of Koreans there. Clear Japanagos is distorting the history of it by saying it is a HEAVEN in earth.
It was hell lol

You made a great job. I respect you.
Thanks for some of the old photos of the island. Do you have any photos of the shafts and loading facilities? I will not wade into the argument but I will say, regardless who is in the coal mine, it is an absolutely horrible job. Coal gas explosions and black lung are just a few things that could kill you slowly or quickly. Coal mines are dark ,wet, cold and deadly. I live in an area where coal mining was huge and many died. If anyone tells you how great it was to work in a mine they are either lying or nuts. Go for a tour into an old mine, turn off the lamp and listen to the water trickling and the creaking ( tommy knockers) you will quickly change your mind.
Chinese and Korean "immigrants"? are you kidding? They were forced labourers… plain and simple… Its not a "matter of opinion" or "just different" views… it is fact. And I am generally sympathetic to Japan in all things… but glossing it over as a bunch of different opinions is not just a cop out.. its closing your eyes. And you can see that I do understand Japan to some degree… https://shatteredjewels.wordpress.com/about/
(*´︶`*)♡Thanks!・:*+.(( °ω° ))/
You so proud to be family member of killer lol
You so uneducated
This island played a very significant role in Japan's industrialization and helped Japan's economy grow during the Meji period. And the Chinese and Koreans died in harsh environment. Then large amount of what Japan is now is built on the blood of these people.
Anyway, right now, it is a very important historical location.
Teach the history truthfully so that we don't repeat it.
Are you describing that island as a paradise????? Shame on you
素晴らしい*°
Are you proud of this island?
She didn't really bother to look into it and do her research because she wants to see it as a "neutral overview", but the truth is out there and one thing the Japanese Government will never admit is their war crimes. If you're curious about this island and want to know what happened in the end, then go watch the Korean movie "The Battleship Island" or at least check out the trailer. You'll get some "neutral overview" from that movie about this island for sure.
Fun Fact: The Japanese government doesn't mention the war crime or details of WWII in their history textbooks. So, most younger Japanese generation doesn't even know exactly what happened during WWII. Well, ain't that a shameful display of the Japanese Government.
