Ice Castles 2019 (Midway | Park City UT)

Hey you guys! Thanks for joining us on another journey. This week, were were at the Ice Castles in Midway, Utah–outside Park City. I’d been here before, but this was April’s first time, and she found it to be super cool. They use 25,000 tons of ice to create the castles & sculptures. The fountain was neat to watch, and they even had a wishing well at its base for their charity, Wishes For Wells. April “kissed” a quarter before throwing it in to make a wish. They had three ice slides, and we went down the longest one–it was so much fun! April sat on the ice throne, and froze her backside. Then I did too; didn’t have my ski pants this time, haha. There were times we felt like were getting lost in an ice maze of ice castles. 🙂 April got a warm, freshly made cinnamon roll and a hot chocolate…while it wasn’t pie & ice cream, she enjoyed their warm tastiness! April crawled through one of the tunnels like a tiger/tigress–hahaha. I made fun of her because her knee creaked when standing up again. She was appalled. We enjoyed seeing the little kids enjoy the castles, all bundled up in their cute garb…one even played peek-a-boo with April. It was a delightful time at the Midway Ice Castles! Please subscribe and ring the bell so you’re notified when I put out a new video. ;-D
