im so thankful i was able to make it back to japan after being away so long :’) this was our first trip to hokkaido but certainly not our last. I can’t wait to see it in other times of the year but winter felt like a great way to be introduced lol. thank you for treating us so well sapporo! love always!

    I watched this on the plane home after spending 3 weeks in Japan. We couldn’t make it up to Hokkaido on this trip and your vid made me want to turn around at the other end and go straight back! How absolutely magical. I’ve never seen a city like that in snow and I think it would be absolutely amazing! Looks like you had an amazing trip 💛

    I am hard of hearing. However, I love the music you pick because I can hear most of them clearly. When I normally listen to music it's usually distorted. Somehow, I find your music selections calming and easy to listen to. Thank you!

    That one area of Sapporo looked like a smaller version of Times Square. You covered so much ground- even on that first day. You have a wonderful wanderlust spirit. Reminds me of how my youngest daughter aspires to be. She loves to travel. She loves it when I come along too. Yay! I hope to do more traveling with her while she wants me to go with her still. So much snow, and it was so cold. I’m a,axed that you guys that you aren’t wearing any gloves. All of the food looked so tasty! And so many festivals!! We want to take my daughter to Japan. Do you recommend a particular itinerary for a 7-10 day trip. Like Japan’s greatest hits? Part nature, part culture, much food. 😂. My daughter loves miso ramen. I bet it was fantastic!

    amazing! the country in the whole world! can't wait for your spring tour in japan. but why people are still wearing masks? and outside??? and i think in korea too….in greece almost no one wears a mask outside, its obliged in public transportation only and some places like hospitals but in the public trans 30% doesn't wear a mask including myself…..so weird

    I've heard a lot of things about Kyoto and Tokyo, but almost nothing about other parts of Japan. So learning something about those other cities is always a treat to me. =)

    Kept wondering why the scenery felt familiar. Realised its because of this absolutely wonderful Japanese series I saw recently “first love”, a lot of the scenes were shot in Sapporo . You captured the place equally beautifully 😍
