What about other places less frequented such as Kagoshima, Saga prefecture(s) and maybe even Nagasaki and the Goto Islands? Yakushima would be a nice write up of you hiked/cycled and presented to the viewers. Takeo/Ureshino Onsen towns. Romon in Takeo or maybe even staying in the vintage Kyotoya
The Japanese version of “CHA SIU” is NOT authentic Chinese. You wouldn’t find these kind of Japanese “CHA SIU” being served in Hong Kong 🇭🇰, China 🇨🇳, Taiwan 🇹🇼, Singapore 🇸🇬, and Malaysia 🇲🇾. So don’t be fooled into thinking that the Japanese “CHA SIU” is “authentic” Chinese pork roast pork.

Ghib‘s choice is every time really to visit. BUT this time you must be careful at a shop😢
The second shop „Far east bazaar“ is popular IN A BAD WAY.
OK, gelato looks tasty, but the concept of the shop is „oriental“ or „arabic“ but no respect to Islam or other people in spite of concept. For example on the package of original beer you can see salaam in arabic. Or the shop is known for ripping off the ideas of food researchers. You can find more not good things about the shop if you visit the shop or look internet.
As a Japanese I’m sooo sad about the shop, but everybody can visit other great restaurant in Ghibs video.
Osaka is a really wonderful city and has so many great shops!
