Het toshes the egg onto the bowl exactly the same way i always do… The only difference is that i have to eat the rice, egg and broken bowl all from the kitchen-floor… :)) What a master!

懐かしい、お店も綺麗になってるし カウンターだけだったような、腱鞘炎で手首にタオルグル巻きのおじさんの豪快な中華鍋回しさばきパフォーマンスが鮮烈だった、家族っぽい女性店員さん2名で回してような記憶があるけど経営者変わったのかな？
