I remember when I worked for a major advertising agency in NYC, whenever a client would fly in from Japan, they would bring the most exquisite gifts. Visiting a corporate environment was apparently the same as being greeted by a host in a home. The gifts would be wood trays and scented sticks of some sort or other, and always wrapped in the most gorgeous purple flower paper. That was 25 years ago and I can still picture it because no other clients ever brought anything, even the consumer packaged goods clients never brought whatever they manufactured to eat. Japan definitely knows hospitality hands down.
Presentation is everything. Thank you for this elegant peak into magical Tokyo. 💕💕💕💕
Japan was my first introduction to design and presentation…living there as a child, the influence and inspiration was a part my career. well done..!
👏👏👏👏
You have the best job Susanna! I was in Tokyo as a child with my parents. I remember the Tokyo Tower and the hustle and bustle of the city. So fun to visit it again through your eyes.

Now…I want to go there, too!!! franki
Gorgeous visuals, a lovely video and very inspiring! Thank you for the video!
If only I could express myself as you do! I hope a book of your travels written by you only is being cooked up 🤞🏻
Agree with everything you’ve said about Tokyo/ Japan. Visited a couple of years ago and was so enamored by it… the way things were wrapped/ presented, the quality of everything, delicious fusion food, the polite and helpful people and their creativity.
I love how the Asians bow to each other. It shows such respect. I bet if we Americans started that custom there would slowly be less road rage, less “Karen’s” popping up out of nowhere, and we would all start smiling more.
Welcome to japan ❤happy to have you here !! Enjoy❤
How lucky am I? Japan is my forever home. Hamahiga Jima to be exact. Paradise.
I cannot wait to go one day. On my short list 🙂
That was a great video!
Still no apology
I was always reserved about visiting Japan bc I wasn’t interested in going to a giant arcade of obnoxious technology BUT this “postcard” proved my short sightedness wrong….time to re-examine travel options! Thank you!
Their cuisine is art! The streets and surroundings are so clean and orderly. V🌹
WOW! it is pretty crowded in Tokyo. It is a great place for a Photographer to capture.
