That first dish is super similar to Pad kra pow! But that’s usually made with minced pork
For the butter grill, you can actually asks the staff to change the pan for a new one throughout the meal too.

It's just a butter
Absolutely no way that this is butter. Some kind of margarin or whatever fake butter. But impossible it is real butter at this price point. You can see it that even when put on the pot it hasn't started melting yet.
This isn’t an all you can eat butter buffet! It’s a buffet that has portions of butter to cook your food with. It’s like saying there are all you can eat mayonnaise or ketchup buffets. Mike being Mike though, he just takes more than he needs🙄😂
