Time of Travel : Cocktail Shrimp (Jako-Ebi) Fishery in Ibukijima Island (Kagawa, Japan)

In Ibukijima island in Setouchi Inner Sea, a cocktail shrimp (Jako-Ebi) is fished by a trawl net. A landed cocktail shrimp of the island retains its natural sweetness and a tempura and a Kakiage of the cocktail shrimp is very delicious.
